Daniel Caban
State Certified Driving Instructor for Wheels
Daniel Caban, a retired military helicopter pilot and state-certified driving instructor, brings a wealth of expertise to Freedom Wheels Driving School. Holding a CDL and with years of experience in driver education, he is passionate about fostering safer driving habits. Fluent in English and Spanish, Daniel is dedicated to connecting with and educating a diverse student base.

Will Zinnerman
State Certified Driving Instructor
Will Zinnerman, a retired nuclear missile launch commander, brings precision, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility to Freedom Wheels Driving School. In his retirement, Will is committed to giving back to the community by transforming new drivers into safe, aware, and confident individuals. He loves the role of teacher and takes pride in contributing to public safety.
“In my previous career, I was responsible for incredibly powerful technology. Now, I apply the same level of care and precision to a different, but equally important task—teaching driving. My goal is to equip you with the skills you need to drive safely and confidently, ensuring you are prepared for the road ahead. I’m really excited to embark on this journey to mastery together and make the roads safer for everyone.”
Arthur Arias
State Certified Driving Instructor
Arthur Arias, a dedicated family man and a respected member of the Tampa Board of Realtors, brings a unique perspective to Freedom Wheels Driving School. As a war veteran honored with the National Defense Medal and the Liberation of Kuwait Medal, he applies his disciplined approach to every driving lesson. With a profound respect for nature and a love for long walks and swimming, Arthur integrates mindfulness and alertness into his teaching methods.
