Our state certified instructors help students of all skill levels develop the confidence and skills needed to pass their driving tests and become responsible, safe drivers. “Being a driving instructor is more than just a job to me, it’s a passion. There’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing you’ve helped someone become a safe and responsible driver. I believe that with the right instruction and guidance, anyone can become a confident and skilled driver on the road.”

As COO, I handle day-to-day operations and oversee various aspects of the business, including marketing, customer service, and financial management.

“I may not be behind the wheel, but I’m always in the driver’s seat when it comes to making sure our business runs smoothly.”

Will Zinnerman, a retired nuclear missile launch commander, brings precision, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility to Freedom Wheels Driving School. In his retirement, Will is committed to giving back to the community by transforming new drivers into safe, aware, and confident individuals. He loves the role of teacher and takes pride in contributing to public safety.

“In my previous career, I was responsible for incredibly powerful technology. Now, I apply the same level of care and precision to a different, but equally important task—teaching driving. My goal is to equip you with the skills you need to drive safely and confidently, ensuring you are prepared for the road ahead.   Very grateful to be recommended this company. I know there are so many options in Tampa for driving lessons, and it feels so overwhelming to pick, but this really was the right choice for me.
I’ve sifted through all the reviews of the driving schools in my area, and I called several of them, but I knew this would be the one after calling and speaking to Raj. He was incredibly helpful and enjoyable to speak with, and I scheduled immediately. I have a more unique situation, I am licensed, but I haven’t driven in over a year because I had to sell my car. I wanted to make sure I was comfortable getting back on the road, and Raj was super sympathetic. I really appreciate that. My driving instructor Kelly, was out of this world. I specifically get nervous driving on highways, but she went above and beyond for me. Not to mention how calm and collected she is, if I had a child I would place 110% of my trust in Kelly to teach them and keep them safe. She is kind, and composed, and just a fantastic woman. Super grateful for this company helping me before I purchase my new vehicle. Thank you Kelly and Raj!
